RM50 Fees will be charged for last minute change of delivery time.

This Agreement applies to you (Customer or you) and your use of the website, http://www.brownbox.my (Site) of BrownBox Office Furniture and the provision of the Goods. 

By accessing and using the Site, or placing an order for Goods, you automatically agree to the terms of this Agreement as set out below.

Orders for the Goods received from the Customer shall be deemed to be received by BrownBox at the time that we send an order confirmation to your email address.

Orders considered valid once the payment is made. There is no amendment is allowed after order is placed.

BrownBox reserves the right to reject or cancel any order in its sole and absolute discretion.

Our product is made to order. Production period is 5-15 working days.

So normally we will deliver within 3 weeks.

Our delivery time is Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (exclude holiday)

Delivery & installation is free for order above RM1500 within Klang Valley.

** Please note: For any changes regarding your confirmed delivery arrangement, kindly contact us at least 2 working days in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements. There will be a RM50 charge for any last minute changes within 2 working days, and/or day of the delivery.

Items sold are not exchangeable or refundable. We don't accept refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind or damages caused by third-parties.

We check all our items before delivery to ensure the items are correct and in good condition.

 

If you have received an incorrect or defect item, please call us at 0129381933 and whatsapp/email us sales@brownbox.my together with the image. We strongly recommend you to check your item on the spot.

Warrany

Warranty

BROWNBOX OFFICE MALAYSIA warrants all of its products against manufacturing defects for default period of 1 years from the date of delivery, warranty period may vary if it's stated on product page. BROWNBOX will repair or replace any product with a comparable component or product, which falls under normal and reasonable use of which the product is intended for. Damage or repairs arising from abuse, accident, vandalism, or alteration of the product from its original conditions, shall NOT be considered as manufacturing defects.

Important information regarding leather and wood:
The leather is a natural product. Scars, cracks, and creases are all proof of the authenticity of the material. These typical features do not give cause for complaint.
Wood is a natural product, which means that differences in color, gains, and structure cannot always be avoided. This applies to the colors in color charts and subsequent deliveries. These deliveries do not give a cause of complaint.

The following cases are not covered by the Warranty:

  1. Natural variations in wood grain or figure or the presence of character marks.

  2. Changes in surface finishes, including colorfastness, due to aging or exposure to light.

  3. Marks, scars, or wrinkles occurring naturally in leather.

  4. Failure resulting from normal wear and tear.

  5. Pilling of textiles.

  6. The matching of colors, grains, or textures of natural materials.

  7. The colorfastness or the matching of colors of textiles, including an exact match to cuttings, samples, or to swatch cards.

  8. Damage from sharp objects or imprinting from writing instruments, or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

  9. Damage, marking, or staining of cushions due to prolonged exposure of weight stacked on top (stack-able chairs).

  10. Discoloration of any light-colored textiles due to soiling, stains, or dye transfer from clothing including denim.

  11. Foreign objects abrading fabric over time.

  12. Products that are exposed to extreme environmental conditions or that have been subject to improper storage.

  13. Damage, expanded, marking or staining of laminated chipboard wood top due to exposure to liquids.

  14. Products that being classified as Special made, Custom made, or unwarranted.

To report a defective product, the customer has to write to the customer service team (sales@brownbox.my) or 0129381933, together with photographs of defective item. To ease communication, please send at least 3 photographs of:-

  • Product Purchased

  • Damage Part / Defect Area

  • Invoice / Delivery Order

The product replacement process may take up to 6 weeks.
